My Weekend

I have had a very busy week. It was our carboot sale at the All Saints Church in Puerto de la Cruz on Saturday. I was very busy with my Christmas cards.
The really big news of the week is I have an Exhibition coming up in November for 3 weeks with two other friends and we will be displaying our paintings at the British Libary in Puerto de la Cruz. How cool is that. I am so excited. Above is a painting I did a while back and it will be in the Exhibition.
Will catch up with you soon
thanks for looking at my blogg

Tims Computer card

I have made this card for my other halfs Sons Birthday. I had to cut out the cars in CS2 then put them in a folder and I produced the card in Word. I am not sure if this is the correct way or not but it worked for me.

Chilli con Carne

This is what I have made today. I will be sitting on the patio with a glass of wine and chilli con carne with my nearest and dearest tonight. I am going to watch the formula I qualifing rounds at lunch time so will have a bowl of fruit. I do hope I will get down to playing with some cards later.

Decoupage Cat

This is a sheet I have used from Penny Wessnauer collection. Penny is such a kind person she allows you all to use her sheets. I have used her sheets over the last 2 or 3 years and I go back time and time again to use her work. Like me Penny loves Teabag folding and you will find loads of different ways to fold a tile at Pennies.

This is a card I made from a photograph my sister sent to me of the basket of livingstone daisies she grew in her garden.

This is a card I made a while ago. I think it is great for a little girl. I did enjoy doing the iris folding.
